This 3-bedroom house is set right on the waters edge with direct assess to it's own boat ramp and jetty! Boats, water sport equipment and fishing rods are welcome. There is also plenty of lawn and native bush for the children to enjoy and explore.
In the evenings; cook up a feed on the BBQ, roast marshmallows around the brazier or just relax on the deck looking west towards the waters of Te Wai o Pareira.
